The Littelfuse SPFJ200 is a 200 A fast-acting photovoltaic (gPV) fuse, rated 1000 VDC / 600 VAC.
A gPV fuse is rated for photovoltaic strings: DC voltage up to the array's open-circuit level and the low fault currents of solar panels. A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge.
Interrupting rating: 20 kA DC; 200 kA AC.
Construction: 38.1 x 146.1 mm diameter x length; slotted blade.
