The Littelfuse 0224005.MXUSLP is a 5 A fast-acting glass fuse in the 5 x 15 mm size, with axial leads (pigtails).
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. The axial leads solder straight to a board or terminal strip, with no holder.
Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 100%: min. 4 h; 135%: max. 1 h; 200%: max. 1 s. Typical cold resistance 0.0186 Ω, melting I²t 17.0 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: glass body; nickel–plated brass end caps.
