The Littelfuse 0216016.MRET1P is a 16 A fast-acting ceramic fuse in the 5 x 20 mm size, with axial leads (pigtails), rated 250 VAC.
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. The axial leads solder straight to a board or terminal strip, with no holder.
Breaking capacity: 750 A @ 250 VAC. Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 150%: min. 30 min; 210%: max. 30 min; 275%: 0.04-20 s; 400%: 0.01-1.0 s; 1000%: max. 0.03 s. Typical cold resistance 0.0040 Ω, melting I²t 462.50000 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: ceramic body; nickel–plated brass end caps.
It is UL, CSA, SEMKO, CE, TÜV and PSE (UL file E10480). Standards: IEC 60127-2 Sheet 1, UL 248-14.
