The Littelfuse FLM02.8 is a 2.8 A time-delay (slow-blow) midget fuse, rated 250 VAC / 125 VDC.
A midget fuse is a 13/32 in diameter supplementary fuse (most are 1-1/2 in long), for protecting equipment and control circuits behind branch-circuit protection rather than as branch protection itself. A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload.
Interrupting rating: 10 kA @ 250 VAC; 10 kA @ 125 VDC (Littelfuse self-certified). Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 135%: max. 60 min; 200%: min. 5 s.
Construction: 13/32 x 1-1/2 in (10.3 x 38.1 mm); ferrule terminals.
It is UL Listed, CSA certified and CE marked (UL file E10480). Standards: UL 248-14, MIL-F-15160/9 (QPL).
