The Littelfuse FLA012 is a 12 A time-delay (slow-blow) midget fuse with a built-in blown-fuse indicator, rated 125 VAC.
A midget fuse is a 13/32 in diameter supplementary fuse (most are 1-1/2 in long), for protecting equipment and control circuits behind branch-circuit protection rather than as branch protection itself. A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload.
Interrupting rating: 10,000 A.
Construction: ferrule, dual barrel.
It is UL Listed.
