The IDEC RF2V-1A1B-D24 is a safety relay with 1A1B SPST-NO/SPST-NC contacts and rated 6 A, driven by a 24VDC coil.
Its contacts are forcibly guided (mechanically linked) to EN 50205, so a normally open and a normally closed contact can never be closed at the same time. That is what lets a safety circuit detect a welded contact.
