The IDEC NRAS1111-F-3A-AA is a 1-pole 3 A magnetic-hydraulic circuit protector with a lever actuator for a round panel cutout, rated 250V AC, 50/60 Hz and 65V DC. It is a UL 1077 supplementary protector, not for branch circuit protection.
It has IDEC's AA time-delay curve, the general-purpose curve common to molded-case breakers. Inertia delay keeps it from tripping on 20x rated current (peak) for 8 ms, for transformer and lamp inrush. An SPDT auxiliary contact changes state with the lever and on trip. The trip current does not drift with temperature; only the delay does.
Trip times at 25 °C: No trip at 100%; 10-120 s at 125%; 6-45 s at 150%; 2.2-15 s at 200%; 0.3-2 s at 400%. Interrupting rating: 1,000 A at 250V AC; 1,000 A at 65V DC. Auxiliary contact rating: SPDT microswitch: 250V AC 5 A, 50V DC 1 A (resistive). Terminals: main: 0.250 in quick-connect tab (NRT screw terminal adapter available). Life: 10,000 operations minimum. It operates from -40 to +85 °C. Approvals: UL Recognized (UL 1077), cUL, VDE (EN 60934); UL file E68029.
