The ELKO HRH-5/UNI is a liquid level control relay with 1C SPDT output and rated 8 A, driven by a 24-240 VAC/DC input.
It controls the level of a conductive liquid, pumping up or down to fill or drain the tank.
The setpoint covers 5 to 100 kOhm (adjustable) between probe and common, so it is the conductivity of the liquid that decides the part.
The probes run on max. 3.5 V AC, < 0.1 mA, and alternating current is what stops them electroplating away in service.
It has DIN Rail mounting.
