The Curtis Industries PE993206 is a power entry module rated 6A, 250V AC max, 50/60 Hz. Leakage current is 0.25mA @ 115VAC/60Hz, 0.40mA @ 250VAC/50Hz.
It connects by IEC receptacle on the line side and solder tabs on the load side. It has a DPST rocker switch, 2 U.S. fuse holders and a 115-230 VAC voltage selector. It is screw mounted.
