The Curtis Industries PE991206 is a power entry module rated 6A, 250V AC max, 50/60 Hz. Leakage current is 0.25mA @ 115VAC/60Hz, 0.40mA @ 250VAC/50Hz.
It connects by IEC receptacle on the line side and solder tabs on the load side. It has a DPST rocker switch, 2 U.S. fuse holders and a 110-220-240 VAC voltage selector. It is screw mounted. Panel cutout: 2.764" x 1.122" (70.2 x 28.5mm); 6-32 (M3.5) holes on 1.634" (41.5mm) centers. It measures 2.028" (51.51mm) wide, 2.953" (75.0mm) high, 2.266" (57.55mm) deep.
