The Curtis Industries F2600FP03 is a power entry module rated 3A at 115VAC and 3A at 250VAC, 250V AC max, 50/60 Hz. Leakage current is 0.25mA @ 115VAC/60Hz, 0.40mA @ 250VAC/50Hz.
It connects by fused IEC receptacle on the line side and PC board on the load side. It has a 5mm x 20mm fuse holder. It measures 1.73" (43.9mm) wide, 1.30" (33.0mm) high, 2.20" (55.9mm) deep.
