It is an insulated feed-thru block without mounting ends. Wires land on 6-32 captivated screws. Underneath it has PC pins.
The housing is reinforced PBT polyester, rated UL 94V-0 with a 130°C (266°F) UL temperature index. Terminals are tin-plated brass. Tighten the screws to 9 in-lbs.
