It is a base-mount block without mounting ends. Wires land on 6-32 stainless steel screws. Underneath it has 0.187" quick-connect tabs.
The housing is reinforced PBT polyester, rated UL 94V-0 with a 130°C (266°F) UL temperature index. Terminals are tin-plated brass. Tighten the screws to 9 in-lbs.
