The Curtis Industries 1505-YSY is a 5-position dual-row barrier terminal block on a 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch, with dual-wall barriers. It is rated 20A at 300V and takes 10-22 AWG wire.
It is a base-mount block with mounting ends. Wires land on 6-32 plated steel screws. Underneath it has solder pin (feed-thru).
The housing is polyphenylene oxide, rated UL 94V-0 with a 110°C (230°F) UL temperature index. Tighten the screws to 12 in-lbs.
