The Blockmaster HB-956-03PH is a 3-position single-row barrier terminal block on a 0.374" (9.5mm) pitch. It is rated 15A at 250 VAC and takes 14-22 AWG wire.
It is a module for PCB mount mounting with mounting ends. Wires land on M3.5 nickel plated steel screws. Underneath it has right-angle PC pins.
The housing is polyamide 66 (PA66), rated UL 94V-0. Terminals are tin-plated brass. Tighten the screws to 10 in-lbs. It is black. It comes with a closed barrier.
