The Adam Tech DML-12-A-V-T-A-BL is a 12-position, dual-row, 3 mm (.118 in) pitch shrouded board header with male pins, vertical through-hole to the PCB.
Contacts: brass, tin plate over nickel underplate overall. Insulator: Hi-temp thermoplastic, rated UL 94V-0; color: black.
