The Adam Tech HST-A-040-BK-4-SR41 is 3/16" dual-wall, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, supplied in 4 ft (1.22 m) lengths.
As supplied it has an inner diameter of 0.157" (4.00mm) and a wall of 0.016" (0.40mm); fully recovered, the inner diameter shrinks to 0.039" (1.00mm) max and the wall thickens to 0.039" (1.00mm), over an adhesive liner of 0.018" (0.45mm).
It is black flame-retardant polyolefin (PO), listed UL224, 125°C, VW-1.
Voltage rating: 600 V. Operating temperature -45°C to +110°C.
