The ATC Diversified OVL40B2 is an overload relay with a 25 - 40 A setting range. It mounts directly on an ATC CON Series contactor and trips the contactor's coil circuit on a motor overload (Trip Class 10) or a lost phase; the setting dial matches it to the motor's full-load current.
Relay: bimetallic (thermal), phase-loss sensitive. Fits: ATC CON Series contactors S32, S40 (direct mount). Reset: manual or automatic (selectable); test function and stop button. Voltage: 600 V AC (UL/CSA); 690 V AC (IEC). Short circuit: 5 kA standard; 100 kA high fault with Class J fuses. Pilot duty: C600 (AC), R300 (DC). Size: 50 x 74.32 x 106 mm (W x H x D). Approvals: cULus Listed, CE. It operates from -25 to +60 °C and stores from -40 to +70 °C.
