The ATC Diversified MPS1480ACH is a Motor Director motor protection system for 440-480 V AC three-phase motors. It watches line voltage and, through three external current transformers, motor current, trips the motor on a fault, and shows live data on a 10.1 in touch screen and remotely through SENSERT.
Protects against: over/under voltage, phase loss, phase reversal, voltage and current unbalance, frequency shift, overload, under current, locked rotor, power factor. Operating range: 264-672 V AC. Under voltage: 350 - 460 V AC. Over voltage: 460 - 580 V AC. Unbalance: 2-10% voltage unbalance. Overload: Class 5-35, 5-50% overload. Motor current: 25-66% of CT primary (CTs to 660 A). Restart delay: 0-600 s. Phase loss / reversal trip: < 1 s. Communication: RS-485 Modbus; Cellular via SENSERT. Contacts: motor protection N/O + N/C; alarm N/O. Contact rating: B300 pilot duty; 1 A at 240 V AC, 0.5 A at 480 V AC. Enclosure: enclosure, IP65 polycarbonate. Size: 15.44 x 8.625 x 16.625 in (W x D x H). Approvals: UL 508A.
