The ATC Diversified CMU-100-USD-5 is an AC over/undercurrent monitor for In = 5 A (AC 50-60 Hz). It watches the current against an upper and a lower limit and transfers its relay when the current leaves the band.
Sensing: direct input on terminals A1-B1 (internal shunt), true RMS. Control supply: 24-240 V AC/DC. Line: -15% / +10%; AC 50-60 Hz. Trip point: upper limit (Imax) adjustable 10-100% of In. Drop-out: lower limit (Imin) adjustable 5-95% of In. Hysteresis: 5% (functions O1, U1, W); Imax - Imin (functions O2, U2). Accuracy: 5% (mechanical setting); repeat accuracy <1%; temperature dependency <0.1%/°C. Start delay: 0.3 s. Trip delay: 0.5-10 s adjustable. Reset: automatic; latching functions (OL, UL, WL) reset by a short interruption of the supply or by turning the function switch to R.
Output: SPDT, 13 A AC1 / 13 A general purpose at 250 V AC (55 °C); breaking capacity 4000 VA AC1, 384 W DC1; switching voltage 250 V AC / 24 V DC. Mounting: DIN rail. Indicator: LEDs for supply voltage and operating status (flashing during the time delay). Approvals: cULus Listed, Industrial Control Equipment 496Y; CE. It operates from -20 to +55 °C and stores from -30 to +70 °C.
