The ATC Diversified CMI-120-ASE-5 is an AC overcurrent jam monitor for 1-5 A. After an adjustable motor-starting delay it watches for an overcurrent such as a conveyor jam, and locks out until it is reset.
Sensing: direct input (600 V max). Control supply: 120 V AC. Trip point: adjustable, 1-5 A. Start delay: 0.2-10 s adjustable (motor starting). Trip delay: 50 ms. Reset delay: 100 ms after lock-out. Reset: manual: push button or interrupt the control voltage.
Output: DPDT, 10 A resistive at 120 V AC. Mounting: surface mount, #8-32 screw terminals. Indicator: LED glows on normal current. It operates from 0 to +55 °C and stores from -45 to +85 °C.
